Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Ovra Browser (“Ovra”), made by Kilian Balaguer (“we”, “us”). By using Ovra, you agree to them.
Using Ovra
Ovra is free. You may install and use it on your own Macs for personal or professional use. Please don’t use Ovra to break the law or to harm others, and don’t try to pass off a modified copy as an official Ovra release.
Websites and other services
Ovra lets you visit websites and use services we don’t control, such as search engines. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren’t responsible for their content.
Tracker blocking
Ovra blocks known trackers using third-party lists. Blocking can’t be perfect: some trackers may get through, and some sites may not work properly while it’s on.
Updates
Ovra may download and install updates to fix problems or add features. You can turn automatic checking off in Settings.
Your data
Your data is stored on your Mac and is your responsibility. We recommend keeping a backup (Settings › Backup & Import). See the Privacy Policy for details.
No warranty
Ovra is provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t guarantee that Ovra will be free of errors or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Ovra.
Open-source components
Ovra includes open-source software, which is covered by its own licenses. See Open-source licenses.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If you keep using Ovra after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
